Conditions
The process before, during and when you leave your APAEG accommodation :
APAEG apartments are reserved exclusively for families with children staying at HUG, Children's hospital, in the pediatric surgery department. When registering on this plateform, a review is performed and only requests which correspond to hospitalization are taken into account. If the child's official name is different from the parent's who registered the child, please let us know.
Financial difficulties
Families who do not have sufficient resources to cover the cost of APAEG apartments can contact Social Assistance of the Children's Hospital .
APAEG Pricing
One night = 30 CHF
From 2 to 5 nights = 25 CHF per night
From 6 nights = 15 CHF per night
Upon Arrival
Once the booking confirmation has been received, all you have to do is collect the keys from the reception of the HUG Pediatric Surgery Department, rue Willy-Donzé 6, 1205 Geneva.
Billing
Your stay invoice must be paid when making the computer pre-reservation via the PostFinance account. If your stay is to be extended, an email to info@apaeg.ch must be sent as soon as possible in order to make you a suitable proposal depending on availability. In case of shortened stay, a refund will be made to your bank account.
During your stay
APAEG residents are kindly asked to clean the apartment regularly. All the necessary cleaning is available in the cupboards.
Please note that APAEG may need to visit the apartment in which you are staying.
Please keep the premises clean at all times. Please report any damage when entering. Please replace toilet paper, garbage bags and whatever has been used.
Before leaving
The check-out is allowed until 10 a.m. Please put the laundry in a pile in the hall (sheets and towels). We will take care of it.
It would be greatly appreciated if you could inform Mme Carvalho of your departure on the 079 224 39 22.
Please keep the premises as clean as possible (vacuum cleaner and mop). An invoice for the final cleaning may be presented to you depending on the condition of the apartment on departure. The refrigerator must be emptz and the garbage bags must be replaced and left on the sidewalk on Tuesday and Friday mornings. If you leave at another time, you can leave them in the apartment and we will take care of them.
