We were diagnosed last year that our daughter had liver disease, portal vein thrombosis. We’re going to have to deal with this situation. First, we stayed in Geneva for a week and didn’t know where to go. What we knew was that we wanted to stay with Lena.

Fortunately, the Association pour l’Aide à l’Enfant Transffé offered us an apartment near the hospital. We were very happy with this proposal as it is not possible for us to stay in a hotel due to the budget.

During the operation, in April 2016, we stayed another 10 days in Geneva in the apartment. And quarterly we have to travel to Geneva for checks.

We live a 4h30 drive from Geneva… So the apartments are very important! ”
